Homy Cozy is a French interior designer working in Dubai, not an agency with a project manager between you and the work. One person takes the brief, draws it, prices it, and stands on the site while it is built.
That is a smaller operation than the studios in the towers, and it is the point: the drawing does not change hands, so nothing is lost in the handover. Residential is the day job — studios to villas, plus offices and retail when the fit-out suits.

There is no price list on this site, and that is deliberate. Every place is a different size, a different state and a different appetite. A number posted here without seeing your space would be a guess, and you would find out it was wrong at the worst moment.
